You Have Been Through it All!

You have been through a lot. Just look at your life over the past 30 years. All you have ever wanted was happiness, peace, joy and hope. You have given your time to your craft, your job, your children, your friends and family, you have offered love and support. You are an innocent child of creation, God, the Universe. You have this beautiful soul that has the wisdom of all, yet wrapped in the coat of the physical. You came here to learn and experience. Your light shines bright within-- fighting the darkness of the outside world. Your grief has been deep due to the loss of friends, family, money, dreams and many other thousands of disappointments. You have always tried to find a way to get back up and breathe another day even with the heaviness of fear, depression and trauma. You have witnessed wars, blood and loss and natural disasters. You watched in horror as the towers fell on Sept. 11 2001. You, an innocent could not understand what your eyes and ears were seeing and hearing. Yet, you got back up and kept on walking, even in terror. You endured the ever strong and endless media campaigns desperately trying to find the truth in the words. Many times you believed in what the media was telling you, only to learn later it was nothing but a lie. You are confused as you just say it as it is, you know truth. You dont spin your words or manipulate your loved ones, so you just dont understand why truth is so hard. You feel shame for falling for the spin, you loose trust in your ability to assess the words coming from the powerful forces. You want to believe, you want to hope. You are tired. You survived the years that followed the 9/11 attacks. But you are changed. The fear and terror that flowed through your body left an imprint. You became vulnerable in so many ways. Yet, you kept going. Holding tight to the ever present power of the spirit of hope within you. You lost much through the years, innocence foremost. Though you endured the hell of life on earth, there is just something beautiful and powerful about you. You have endured years of pain watching as the drug epidemic has claimed so many young lives. You have even witnessed many lost souls who have been captured and lost to the dangerous drugs that have hit the streets of your world. You drive to work hoping to have a good day of accomplishment and willing to sacrifice your time from your family to try and make a good life for the ones you love. As you drive, you see the homeless and those who have been taken by the drugs. Your heart drops, you feel helpless and compassion, and maybe a bit angry. You have seen some of those who are lost to the streets acting in a way that they have no control of their body because of the poison that has entered their body. Even as a wave of fear, anger, sadness and despair ripples through your body, you find the strength to keep your foot on the peddle and reach your destination. You know you've seen worse.... You have watched as the world around you losses its mind in the game of hate and cancel culture. You know in some ways you too have been brain washed or influenced to think and believe a certain way. You just want to know what is true, yet, there is just so much out there. The fear mongering has reached a level almost to much to bare. You have endured a pandemic, and were put in time out, you lost a good chunk of your life to fear. You are tired, but you still have the force of spiritual fight. No, you are not going nuts, yes, you do feel depressed, who the fuck wouldn't. You still have the flame of hope and faith, though it does feel a bit dim. You pray to find the way back to self. You pray for the inner peace. I honor your beauty, I honor your strength. But do you see you? Have compassion for yourself, honor your life, see that, yes, there is a story... your story.
